Freshness & Storage
At Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats, every order is handcrafted and made fresh to order using quality ingredients. Because many of our products contain fresh fruit, chocolate, or other perishable ingredients, proper storage is essential to maintaining their taste, appearance, and quality.
Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
For the best flavor and texture, allow strawberries to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of pickup or delivery.
Chocolate-Covered Apples
Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
Allow apples to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Best enjoyed within 3–5 days of pickup or delivery.
Chocolate-Covered Pineapples
Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
Allow pineapples to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup or delivery.
Cake Pops
Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
Allow cake pops to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Chocolate Bark
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Refrigeration is optional but may help preserve freshness during warmer weather.
Best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of pickup or delivery.
Chocolate-Covered Popcorn
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Refrigeration is not recommended, as it may affect the texture of the popcorn.
Best enjoyed within 5–7 days of pickup or delivery.
Chocolate-Covered Pretzels, Oreos, Marshmallows & Rice Krispy Treats
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
Refrigeration is optional but not required.
Best enjoyed within 1–2 weeks of pickup or delivery.

Because all of our treats are handcrafted and made fresh to order, slight variations in appearance, decoration, color, and toppings are normal and make each order uniquely yours.
Allergy & Ingredient Notice
At Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats, we strive to create delicious treats using quality ingredients. However, all products are prepared in a home kitchen where common food allergens may be present.

Louisiana Cottage Food Notice
Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats operates in accordance with the Louisiana Cottage Food Law, which allows certain homemade food products to be prepared in a home kitchen and sold directly to consumers.
Our menu consists of low-risk, non-potentially hazardous food items that qualify under Louisiana's cottage food regulations. Because our products are handcrafted in a home kitchen, they are not prepared in a state-inspected or state-licensed commercial kitchen.
We are committed to maintaining clean food preparation practices, using quality ingredients, and preparing every order with care.

Specialty Infused Products
Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats may offer select specialty infused products for qualifying customers and events. These specialty items are not available for purchase through this website.
If you are interested in a specialty infused product, please submit an inquiry through our Contact page. Availability is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to applicable laws and business policies.
To purchase eligible specialty infused products, customers must:
Be 21 years of age or older.
Present a valid government-issued photo ID before pickup or delivery, when applicable.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats reserves the right to refuse or cancel any specialty infused product order that does not meet legal requirements or business policies.

Custom Orders & Event Orders
Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats is honored to be part of your special occasions! We proudly offer custom treats for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, school functions, corporate events, holiday celebrations, and more.
To ensure we can provide the highest quality products and service, we recommend placing custom and event orders as early as possible. Larger orders and specialty designs may require additional preparation time and are subject to availability.
Custom Colors & Designs
We are happy to customize many of our products to match your event's theme or color palette. Custom colors, specialty decorations, and personalized designs must be discussed and confirmed prior to your order.
Please note that handcrafted products may vary slightly in appearance, making every order unique.
Order Changes
Customers requesting changes to an existing order should contact Sugah Eatz as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability based on our production schedule, ingredient availability, and existing bookings. Sugah Eatz reserves the right to limit or decline orders when necessary to maintain the quality of our products and customer service.

Pickup Policy
All Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats products are handcrafted fresh to order. To help ensure the highest quality and freshness, customers are asked to arrive during their scheduled pickup window whenever possible.
Scheduled Pickup
Pickup times are arranged in advance and are based on product availability and our production schedule. If you need to adjust your pickup time, please contact Sugah Eatz as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, adjustments cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Responsibility
Once an order has been picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for the safe handling, transportation, storage, and care of all products. Sugah Eatz is not responsible for damage, melting, or changes in product quality resulting from improper transportation, weather conditions, or failure to follow the recommended storage instructions.
Late Pickups
If you anticipate arriving late for your scheduled pickup, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected delays happen and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you. However, extended delays may affect product quality and freshness.
Order Verification
Please review your order at the time of pickup to ensure it is correct. Any concerns regarding your order should be brought to our attention before leaving the pickup location whenever possible.

Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats is committed to providing fresh, high-quality desserts. Proper transportation and storage after pickup are essential to maintaining the appearance and quality of your treats.
Refunds, Cancellations & Order Changes
At Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats, every order is handcrafted and made fresh to order specifically for you. Because of the time, preparation, and perishable nature of our products, the following policies apply.
Deposits & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders, large event orders, and specialty orders to reserve your requested date. An order is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup or event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled at the discretion of Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats.
Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date.
Custom orders, specialty orders, and event orders require advance preparation and reserved production time. Deposits for these orders are non-refundable.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or event date may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been picked up, delivered, or accepted by the customer.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Improper storage after pickup or delivery
Damage occurring during transportation after the order leaves our possession
Failure to follow recommended storage instructions
Minor variations in handcrafted decorations, colors, toppings, or overall appearance
Customer preference after an order has been completed
If you believe there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact Sugah Eatz within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund when warranted.
Order Changes
Requests to modify an order must be submitted as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Additional charges may apply for changes involving quantities, custom decorations, specialty colors, flavors, or event details.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed products are created specifically for each customer and may include personalized colors, themes, decorations, logos, specialty packaging, or other unique requests. Because these items are created exclusively for your order, all custom order sales are considered final once production has begun.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a concern with your order, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we have the opportunity to make it right whenever possible. Our goal is to provide exceptional products, outstanding customer service, and a positive experience for every customer.
Product Photos & Custom Designs
At Sugah Eatz Funnel Cakes & Treats, every treat is handcrafted with care. Because each order is made individually, no two products will be exactly alike.
Product Photos
The photos displayed on our website and social media are intended to represent the overall style, quality, and design of our products. While we make every effort to create treats that closely resemble the photos shown, slight variations are a natural part of handcrafted desserts.
Variations may include, but are not limited to:
Chocolate drizzle patterns
Sprinkle and topping placement
Candy selections
Decorative accents
Colors and food coloring shades
Product size and appearance
These variations do not affect the quality or flavor of your order.
Custom Colors & Themes
For custom event orders, Sugah Eatz is happy to accommodate specific color palettes, themes, and decorative requests whenever possible. Color matching is done to the best of our ability but cannot be guaranteed due to differences in food coloring, chocolate, edible decorations, lighting, and screen displays.
White Chocolate Products
Unless otherwise requested during a confirmed custom event order, white chocolate products may include food coloring selected at the discretion of Sugah Eatz to complement the overall design and presentation.
Customers who prefer plain white chocolate should select the Plain White option when available during checkout.
Seasonal & Ingredient Availability
Certain candies, sprinkles, edible decorations, and specialty toppings may occasionally become unavailable due to supplier inventory or seasonal availability.
If a substitution is necessary, Sugah Eatz reserves the right to replace unavailable decorations with comparable items of equal quality while maintaining the overall appearance and theme of the product whenever possible.
